Making art ...in an art gallery! In active reflection within Sarah Shepherd’s beautiful gallery space, artist, Lena Wolff will guide you to create your own small collage piece. All materials will be provided.
Reflection and conversation Coach and Facilitator, Jamie Greenwood will provide the key strategies to embracing this transitional time and the opportunities it provides. The afternoon will wrap with time for socializing and networking with new friends.

Lauren Schiller
Lauren is an author, award-winning producer/host, and live event moderator. Her new podcast and radio show Relativity, which she produces and hosts with her brother, investigates family myths, legends, and the history that shapes our American culture. Her new visual art body of work designed to spark conversation, is called The Menopause Project. Lauren’s groundbreaking podcast and nationally syndicated radio show Inflection Point, (2014-2023) and her book It’s a Good Day to Change the World (2023) feature stories of how women build power and lead change. Boasting a Gracie Award from the Alliance for Women in Media, the show is now housed in the American Archive of Public Broadcasting. She has also been Executive Producer of Audio for Salon Media; and a guest host for The Conversation on the BBC World Service.

With over two decades of Internal Medicine experience, Jill focuses on empowering individuals to health and well being. She uses an integrative approach to lifestyle, mindfulness, and western medicine to help clients reach their health goals. She has subspecialties in women’s health, restorative medicine, lifestyle medicine and gender health.
She attended The University of California, Davis as an undergraduate, and earned graduate degrees at Columbia University and The University of California, San Francisco. She is certified by the ANCC and the American College of Sports Medicine.

Jamie has 17 years experience working one-on-one and in groups with clients all over the world. Lena Wolff
artist, craftswoman, independent teacher, and democracy activistLena’s work extends out of American folk-art and quilt making traditions, minimalism, geometric abstraction, pattern and decoration movements, and social practice, with a studio output that spans drawing, collage, sculpture, text, frequent collaboration, and public projects. In 2017, she formed Art for Democracy, to boost voter participation. Over the last two decades, her work has been presented in galleries and museums across the country and is held in the collections of San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, ONE National Lesbian and Gay Archives, Berkeley Art Museum, Oakland Museum of California, San Francisco Arts Commission, Alameda County Arts Commission, Cleveland Clinic, University of Iowa Museum, Stanford University and the Zuckerman Museum of Art, among others.. Lena’s work can be found at Sarah Shepard Gallery in Larkspur, California and Haines Gallery, in San Francisco.

Campers ease into the day with light games, creative prompts, and a welcome circle to set the tone.

Guided outdoor activities and free play to stretch, move, and soak up some fresh air.

Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.

Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.
